Your Cicero Account

Learn how to set up and manage your Cicero account.

Creating an Account

When you first visit Cicero, you'll be prompted to sign in or create an account.

Sign Up Process

  1. Click Sign In or Sign Up
  2. You'll be redirected to the authentication page
  3. Enter your email and create a password
  4. Verify your email address
  5. Complete your profile information

Profile Settings

Access your profile settings by clicking your profile icon and selecting Profile.

Profile Tabs

Your profile is organized into five tabs:

General Tab

Manage your personal information:

Available Languages:

Connections Tab

Connect external services to your Cicero account:

Telegram Integration: Connect your Telegram account for instant notifications:

  1. Go to the Connections tab
  2. Follow the Telegram connection instructions
  3. Your accounts will be linked

Security Tab

Manage your account security:

Change Password:

  1. Go to the Security tab
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter and confirm your new password
  4. Click Save

Billing Tab

Manage payment methods and billing information for purchasing paid content.

Purchases Tab

View your purchase history:

  • Educational content you've bought
  • Transaction dates and amounts
  • Access to purchased content

Profile Picture

Uploading a Photo

  1. Click your current avatar/photo at the top of your profile
  2. Select or drag an image file
  3. Crop the image as needed
  4. The photo uploads automatically

Removing a Photo

  1. Click your current photo
  2. Select the delete/remove option
  3. Your photo will be removed

Supported formats: JPG, PNG


Staff QR Code

Your profile includes a personal QR code that clinic administrators can scan to quickly add you as a staff member:

  1. In your profile, click the QR Code button (top right)
  2. Your unique QR code appears
  3. Have the clinic admin scan this code to onboard you instantly

This is faster than email invitation and works immediately.


Logging Out

To sign out:

  1. Click your profile icon
  2. Select Sign Out or Logout
  3. You'll be redirected to the login page
