Learn how to watch and interact with educational content on Cicero.

Opening Content​

From Browse Pages​

  1. Find content through browsing or search
  2. Click on the content card
  3. You'll be taken to the content detail page
  4. Click play to start watching

If you have a direct link to content:

  1. Click the link
  2. Sign in if prompted
  3. Content loads directly

Subtitles & Captions​

Many videos include subtitles in multiple languages:

Enabling Subtitles​

  1. Click the CC (closed captions) button
  2. Select your preferred language
  3. Subtitles appear at the bottom of the video

Subtitle Languages​

Common languages available:

Interacting with Content​

Saving to Library (Watchlist)​

Add content to watch later:

  1. Click the bookmark/save icon
  2. Content is added to your Library
  3. Access anytime from Library > Watchlist
  4. Click again to remove

Liking Content​

Show appreciation for content:

  1. Click the like/heart icon
  2. Your like is recorded
  3. Helps educators know their impact

Sharing Content​

Share educational content with colleagues:

  1. Click the share button
  2. Options appear:
    • Copy link
    • Share via email
    • Social media sharing
  3. Link includes proper access handling

Comments​

Some content allows comments:

  1. Scroll to the comments section
  2. Write your comment
  3. Submit to post
  4. Reply to other comments
  5. Report inappropriate comments

Some content requires purchase or access.

Viewing Paid Content​

  1. You'll see content preview and description
  2. Price is displayed
  3. Click Purchase or Buy
  4. Complete the payment process via Stripe
  5. Content unlocks immediately

Payment Methods​

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Other methods via Stripe

Access Codes​

Some content can be unlocked with access codes:

  1. Click I have an access code
  2. Enter the code
  3. Click Submit
  4. Content unlocks for your account

Access codes come from:

  • Clinic administrators (for compliance training)
  • Educators (promotional access)
  • Partners and sponsors

Certificates​

Earning Certificates​

Some educational content offers certificates upon completion:

  1. Watch the entire content
  2. Complete any required assessment (quiz/test)
  3. Meet the passing criteria
  4. Certificate is automatically generated

Certificate Requirements​

Depending on the content:

  • Minimum watch time (e.g., 80% of video)
  • Quiz completion with passing score
  • Interactive elements completed
  • Assessment submission

Viewing Certificates​

Access your earned certificates:

  1. Go to Library
  2. Find the Certificates section
  3. Click a certificate to view
  4. Options to download or share

Certificate Information​

Each certificate shows:

  • Your name
  • Content/course title
  • Completion date
  • Credit hours (if applicable)
  • Unique verification code
  • Educator signature

Tests & Assessments​

Taking Tests​

Some content includes tests:

  1. After watching content, click Take Test
  2. Answer the questions
  3. Submit your answers
  4. View your results

Test Types​

  • Multiple choice
  • True/False
  • Image-based questions
  • Case studies

Retaking Tests​

If allowed:

  • Return to the test
  • Select Retake
  • Previous answers may be cleared
  • New attempt recorded

Test Results​

View your test history:

  1. Go to Library
  2. Find Attempted Tests
  3. See scores and dates
  4. Review answers (if enabled)

Progress Tracking​

Automatic Progress​

The platform tracks:
