Clinic Dashboard

Learn how to use the dashboard to monitor and manage your clinic.

Overview

The Dashboard is your central command center for clinic operations. It provides real-time metrics, quick actions, and insights to help you manage your dental practice efficiently.


Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Go to the Information System
  2. Click Dashboard in the sidebar (or it's the default view)
  3. View your clinic overview

Permission Requirements

Summary Cards

The top section displays key metrics:

Year Filter

Selecting Time Period

Use the year filter to:

  • View historical data
  • Compare year-over-year
  • Analyze trends

How to Use

  1. Find the year filter in the header
  2. Select desired year
  3. Dashboard updates with that year's data

On mobile devices, the dashboard has two tabs:

  • Orders - Marketplace order history
  • Inventory - Drawers stock data
  • Staff - Team member records

Data refreshes:

  • Automatically on page load
