Add Education
Create new educational content using the step-by-step wizard.
Overview
The Add Education wizard guides you through creating new educational content. Choose your content type, format, and settings, then upload and configure your content.
Starting the Wizard
- Enter the Educator Console
- Click Add Content in the sidebar
- The Education Wizard opens
Step 1: Choose Education Type
Select the format of your content:
Quick Education (Tips & Tricks)

Click on your preferred type to select it.
Step 2: Choose Content Format
Select your main content type based on your education type:
For Quick Education

For Lectures

Step 3: Set Pricing
Choose how users will access your content:
Free
- Available to all users at no cost
- Great for building audience
- No revenue generated
- Higher reach and exposure
Paid
- Requires purchase to access
- Set your own price
- Revenue share with platform
- Premium content perception
Step 4: Set Visibility
Control who can find your content:
Public
- Appears in search and listings
- Anyone can discover it
- Standard distribution
Private
- Not visible in public listings
- Access only via direct link
- Share with specific groups
- Great for exclusive content
Step 5: Continue to Editor
Once all selections are made, click Continue to proceed.
The wizard validates your choices and navigates to the content editor.
Content Editor Pages
After the wizard, you'll complete your content through several pages:
Content Page
Upload and configure your main content:
For Video Content:
- Click upload area or drag and drop
- Select video file (MP4, MOV recommended)
- Video uploads and processes
- Preview when processing complete
For Text/Presentation:
- Add text sections
- Upload images
- Arrange content order
- Add descriptions
Additional Options:
- Add description/abstract
- Select categories
- Add tags for discoverability
- Add co-educators (optional)
Teasers Page
Create preview content to attract viewers:
Thumbnail:
- Upload custom image
- Or select from video frames
- Recommended: 16:9 aspect ratio
Teaser Video (Optional):
- Short preview clip
- Auto-generated or custom upload
- Shows in content listings
Settings Page
Configure detailed settings:
Basic Settings:
- Title (required)
- Description/abstract
- Categories (select up to 3)
- Tags for search
- Language
Pricing Settings (Paid Content):
- Price in USD
- Additional currencies (EUR, CZK)
- Access codes for free access
Advanced Settings:
- Certificate configuration
- Test/assessment setup
- Credits/CE hours
- Publication date (schedule)

Review your content before publishing:
- See content as students will
- Verify all information
- Check pricing display
- Test video playback
- Review settings
Publishing
When everything is ready:
- Complete all required fields (marked with *)
- Review in Preview page
- Click Publish
- Confirm publication
Immediate Publish: Content goes live instantly
Scheduled Publish: Content goes live at set date/time
Saving as Draft
Not ready to publish?
- Progress auto-saves
- Click Save Draft to save explicitly
- Return later via My Content
- Continue editing anytime

Video Processing Slow
- Large files take longer
- Processing happens in background
- You'll be notified when ready
- Can continue editing other fields
Missing Required Fields
- Red indicators show missing items
- Complete all required fields
- Check each editor page
