Certificate Management

Create and manage certificates for your educational content.

Overview

Certificates add value to your educational content by providing learners with credentials they can share professionally. Create custom certificates with your branding, signature, and specific educations.


Accessing Certificates

  1. Enter the Educator Console
  2. Click Certificates in the sidebar
  3. View and manage your certification programs

Creating a Certificate

Step 1: Start New Certificate

Click Add New Certificate or the plus card to begin.

Step 2: Choose Template

Select from available certificate templates:

  • Classic Professional - Traditional design
  • Modern Minimal - Clean, contemporary
  • Academic Style - University-inspired
  • Custom Branding - Your organization's style

Step 3: Certificate Details

Educator NameName displayed on certificate

Step 4: Add Signatures

Add up to 3 signatures:

  1. Click Add Signature
  2. Upload signature image
  3. Position on certificate
  4. Repeat for additional signatures

Step 5: Select Educations

Choose which content earns this certificate:

  1. Click Choose Educations
  2. Browse your published content
  3. Select one or more educations
  4. Confirm selection

Step 6: Save

Click Confirm to create the certificate.

Managing Certificates

Editing Certificates

  1. Click on existing certificate
  2. Modify any settings
  3. Click Confirm to save changes

What You Can Edit:

  • Title and language
  • Logo and signatures
  • Connected educations
  • Template (if available)

Deleting Certificates

  1. Click delete icon on certificate
  2. Confirm deletion
  3. Certificate removed

Note: Users who already earned the certificate keep their copies.


Connecting Educations

Single Education Certificate

Award certificate for completing one education:

  • Select single education
  • User completes → certificate issued

Multiple Education Certificate

Award certificate for completing a series:

  • Select multiple educations
  • User completes ALL → certificate issued
  • Great for course series

Removing Educations

  1. Edit certificate
  2. Deselect educations
  3. Save changes

Certificate Issuance

Automatic Issuance

When a user:

  1. Completes all connected educations
  2. Passes any required tests
  3. Certificate automatically generated

Manual Verification

Some certificates may require:

  • Assessment completion
  • Minimum score achievement
  • Credit hour fulfillment

Tracking Issuance

In Dashboard

View certificate issuance in Dashboard:

  1. Go to Dashboard
  2. Click Certification Progress tab
  3. See who's earned certificates

Certificate List View

Each certificate card shows:

  • Number issued
  • Creation date
  • Connected educations count

Troubleshooting

Certificate Not Issuing

  • Verify user completed ALL educations
  • Check if tests are required
  • Confirm certificate is active
  • Review completion requirements

Logo/Signature Issues

  • Verify file format (PNG/JPG)

  • Try re-uploading
