Managing Clients

Learn how to manage client relationships as a supplier in the Cicero Marketplace.

Overview

The Clients section allows you to view and manage relationships with clinics that purchase from you. Build strong relationships through VIP programs, special pricing, and dedicated support.


Accessing Clients

From Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Clients in the supplier sidebar
  2. View all connected clinics
  3. Search and filter client list

Client List

List View

The client list displays:

  • Clinic Name: Business name
  • Contact: Primary contact person
  • Location: City/region
  • VIP Status: VIP tier if assigned
  • Order History: Recent orders
  • Total Spend: Cumulative purchases

Search and Filter

Find clients using:

  • Search: By clinic name or contact
  • VIP Filter: Filter by VIP status
  • Activity Filter: Active/inactive clients
  • Sorting: Sort by name, spend, recent order

Client Details

Viewing Client Profile

Click a client to see:

  • Clinic Information: Name, contact details
  • Address: Billing and shipping addresses
  • VIP Status: Current VIP tier and benefits
  • Order History: All past orders
  • Contact History: Communications

Clinic Details

  • Business name
  • Business registration
  • Primary contact
  • Email and phone
  • Address

Relationship Status

  • VIP category assignment
  • Contract details (if any)
  • Special pricing arrangements
  • Notes and comments

VIP Client Management

Assigning VIP Status

To assign VIP benefits to a client:

  1. Open client details
  2. Navigate to VIP section
  3. Select VIP category
  4. Save changes

VIP Benefits Applied

Once assigned:

  • Special pricing takes effect
  • Discounts apply automatically
  • Free shipping (if included)
  • Client sees VIP pricing in Marketplace

Viewing Client Orders

From client details:

  • See all orders from this client
  • Filter by date or status
  • View order totals
  • Access order details

Order Analytics

Track client activity:

  • Order frequency
  • Average order value
  • Total spend
  • Popular products

Communication

Contacting Clients

Communication options:

  • Email from platform
  • Phone contact (if available)
  • In-platform messaging (if enabled)

Notes and Comments

Add internal notes:

  • Relationship notes
  • Special requirements
  • Follow-up reminders
  • Account details

Client Acquisition

New Clients

New clients appear when:

  • They purchase from you for the first time
  • You invite them to connect
  • They request VIP pricing

Inviting Clients

To invite clinics:

  1. Navigate to Clients
  2. Click Invite Client (if available)
  3. Enter clinic details
  4. Send invitation

Analytics and Reporting

Client Reports

Available analytics:

  • Top clients by spend
  • Order frequency analysis
  • Client retention rates
  • VIP program effectiveness

Export Client Data

Export for analysis:

  1. Select clients or use filters
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose format
  4. Download file
