VIP Programs

Learn how to create and manage VIP programs for preferred clients.

Overview

VIP Programs allow you to offer special pricing, discounts, and benefits to your preferred clients. Build loyalty and encourage repeat purchases through tiered VIP benefits.


Accessing VIP Management

From Dashboard

  1. Navigate to VIP in the supplier sidebar
  2. View and manage VIP categories
  3. Assign clients to VIP tiers

VIP Categories

What are VIP Categories?

VIP categories are tiers of benefits you create:

  • Different discount levels
  • Special shipping options
  • Custom pricing arrangements
  • Exclusive access

Creating VIP Categories

To create a new VIP category:

  1. Click Create VIP Category
  2. Enter category name
  3. Configure benefits
  4. Set a category color
  5. Save the category

Category Configuration

Basic Information

Category Name

  • Descriptive name for the tier
  • Example: "Gold Partners", "Premium Clients"

Category Color

  • Visual identifier for the tier
  • Appears on badges and indicators

Benefit Types

VIP categories can include these benefit types:

Discount Configuration

Percentage Discount

  • Set discount percentage (e.g., 10%, 15%)
  • Applied to all product prices
  • Shows as reduced price

  • Specify currency
  • Applied uniformly

Assigning Clients

Adding Clients to VIP

To assign a client to a VIP category:

  1. Open the VIP category
  2. Click Add Clients
  3. Search for clinics
  4. Select and confirm

Or from Client Details:

  1. Open client profile
  2. Navigate to VIP section
  3. Select VIP category
  4. Save changes

Removing VIP Status

To remove a client from VIP:

  1. Open VIP category or client profile
  2. Remove the VIP assignment
  3. Confirm removal
  4. Standard pricing resumes

How VIP Pricing Works

Price Display

When a VIP client browses:

  • They see their VIP-discounted prices
  • VIP badge appears on products
  • Original price may show with strikethrough
  • Savings are visible

Checkout

During checkout:

  • VIP pricing is applied automatically
  • Discounts show in cart
  • Free shipping applied if included
  • Clear indication of VIP benefits

VIP Indicators

Clients see VIP status through:

  • Crown badge on products
  • Tooltip showing VIP benefits
  • Price displays showing discount
  • Cart summary with savings

Managing Categories

Editing Categories

To modify a VIP category:

  1. Open the category
  2. Click Edit
  3. Adjust name, benefits, or color
  4. Save changes
  5. Existing assignments keep new benefits

Deactivating Categories

To temporarily disable:

  1. Open category settings
  2. Set to inactive
  3. Benefits pause for assigned clients
  4. Reactivate when ready

Deleting Categories

To remove permanently:

  1. Remove all client assignments first
  2. Delete the category
  3. Cannot be undone

Multiple VIP Tiers

Creating Tier Levels

Create multiple tiers for different clients:

  • Bronze: 5% discount
  • Silver: 10% discount + free shipping
  • Gold: 15% discount + free shipping
  • Platinum: 20% discount + free shipping
